Cancellation Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected things happen and in that situation, you are able to reschedule your event. You will have up to nine months to reschedule (please ask for available dates). If you choose not to reschedule, we are happy to press your items and send them to you in your custom keepsake box.

Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

If you receive a defective or damaged item due to Onesie Station Creations’ fault, we are happy to exchange it for the same item or, closest to it. You will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as paying the shipping fees. Please contact us via email. We are not responsible for damage due to the mishandling by the shipping carrier.
