What areas do you service?
We offer Onesie Station Rentals in the greater Seattle area and surrounding areas. Anything outside of 20 miles from the Seattle area may be subject to an additional mileage fee.
All online product sales are available for shipping within the United States.
What are your rules?
It is the responsibility of the person/s or organization hiring Onesie Station Creations LLC to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the equipment. Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:
NO food, drink, markers, pens, or chewing gum on or around the station area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is damaged, a replacement fee will be charged.) These products can cause damage to the equipment, clothing, and other items that cannot be repaired.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the station tables is dangerous and must not be allowed.
A responsible Adult must supervise children in the station area at all times. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
No animals or pets are allowed in the station area at any time.
Do you do outdoor parties?
We are able to accommodate outdoor venues if the weather permits (dry weather only), and we have access to electricity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Afterpay, and Sezzle.

What is your cancellation policy?
Booking fees are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected things happen and in that situation, you are able to reschedule your event. You will have up to nine months to reschedule (please ask for available dates). If you choose not to reschedule, we are happy to press your items and send them to you in your custom keepsake box.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
If you receive a defective or damaged item due to Onesie Station Creations’ fault, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as paying the shipping fees. Please contact us via email. We are not responsible for damage due to the mishandling by the shipping carrier.
